Used by myself and my clients alike — it’s something I hope that those with chronic illness (and coaches who coach affected clients) can benefit from. I created this to be an accessible tool. I have 3 different “Pay What You Can” price options to choose from.

This is intended for folks who have lifted before and are needing to adjust due to their chronic illness. This can also be a tool for coaches to help clients come back from a flare-up. This is not recommended for those who have never strength trained before.
